As the Chief People Officer of Action Behavior Centers, Sharon Alpizar’s passion is creating an environment where teammates are excited and inspired to wake up & change lives at ABC every day. Sharon is instrumental in creating memorable teammate experiences, valuable continuing education opportunities and a culture where ABC’s Core Values of Team, Learning, Excellence, Caring, and Fun come to life. She is passionate about offering up continual moments for leadership development and has spearheaded some of our largest events including ABC Appreciation Week, the 2021 BCBA Summit, the 2022 Leadership Summit, and the ABC Academy for professional development. Sharon is driven by putting action behind our mission, and continuously engages in research and development to cater to our teammates needs, wants and aspirations. And most importantly to her, she’s committed her time to celebrating and honoring the incredible accomplishments of our teammates and patients.
